Job summary

NISC is hiring for an operations professional to implement plant records and trouble-ticketing applications within iVUE, including mobile solutions and open APIs. You will work with members to ensure proper data conversion and successful deployment.

The role blends project management, data analysis, interface configuration, and ongoing support, with a hybrid schedule at a ND/IA office. Travel up to 25% and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Telecom/Broadband experience.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and MS Office products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Familiarity with APIs and software implementation processes.
• Experience with AI tools and technologies a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides superior customer support to internal and external customers.
