We seek a senior Product Manager with 7+ years in product leadership, fluent in Spanish and English, who can translate business needs into technical specs and roadmaps. Expect a dynamic, client-facing environment with opportunities to influence product strategy across regions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Product Management or a similar senior role.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Proven track record building digital telco products.

Responsabilités

• Build and champion product strategies and vision across client engagements.
• Collect and analyze customer and stakeholder feedback to shape requirements and features.
• Own product plans and roadmaps with executive buy-in.
• Prepare and review PRDs ensuring all requirements are captured and communicated.
• Organize releases and set priorities to meet business value.
• Define measurement plans to track product use and impact for end users.
• Ensure delivery to specs, manage defects to resolution, readiness for launch.
• Expand product base with data-driven insights and research.
• Use consultative skills to move vision forward and drive ROI.
