A leading tech company is hiring for the position of Senior Product Owner to lead strategic initiatives for a Telecom client. The role focuses on driving the vision and roadmap for complex service products. Candidates should excel in managing cross-functional teams and possess expert knowledge in microservices and cloud-native environments. This position is primarily remote, but may require occasional onsite presence in Seattle for meetings. Ideal applicants will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and technical product management.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of microservices, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience with cloud-native environments (AWS/GCP), Kubernetes, and Docker.
• High-concurrency systems design and performance optimization.
• Proficiency in database design (SQL, NoSQL, Cassandra, Neo4j).
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution skills.
• Understanding of telecom device ecosystems, RCS, eSIM, and network services.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product roadmap and backlog for complex platforms.
• Define features, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including engineering and architecture.
• Evaluate system dependencies and technical constraints.
• Support release planning, sprint execution, and continuous delivery.
• Drive prioritization based on business value and impact.
• Oversee production issues and root cause analysis.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
