Job summary

Momentum Engineering, Inc. seeks a Senior Technical SIGINT Analyst SME to support mission-critical IC operations in Maryland. The role requires deep expertise in TechSIGINT, RF signal behavior, and compliance with legal authorities.

You will collaborate with engineers, analysts, and government stakeholders to develop, test, train, and operate TechSIGINT applications while meeting mission requirements. Responsibilities include managing requirements, contributing to SE documentation, allocating

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph.
• Experience with DoDAF, SE documentation, and system requirements development.
• Strong knowledge of RF signal characteristics and TechSIGINT compliance.
• Excellent communication and multi-priority management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage system requirements and derived requirements for production systems.
• Contribute to System Engineering Plans and Interface Control Documents.
• Develop and allocate requirements to hardware, software, and personnel.
• Coordinate cross-discipline action items and design reviews.
• Support DoD Certification/Accreditation processes and JCIDS documents.
• Provide technical direction for complex hardware/software system components.
