Weeghman & Briggs LLC is seeking a motivated Sr. TechSIGINT SME 3 to support government initiatives in Annapolis Junction, MD. This is a full-time, onsite role requiring TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.

You will analyze requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure security compliance, train team members, and contribute to mission success. The salary range is $180,000–$184,900 and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Maryland polygraph is required.
• Experience supporting government or DoD programs is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science or related technical field is required; equivalent military training may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Support mission-critical programs in secure government environments.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
• Ensure compliance with contract and security standards.
