Job summary

Envision Innovative Solutions in Annapolis Junction, MD, seeks a Senior TechSIGINT Analyst to join a mission-focused team supporting national security programs. The role requires deep expertise in TechSIGINT analysis and collaboration across development, systems engineering, and test groups to deliver high-impact software.

You will apply experience with ELINT/FISINT/COMEXT domains, contribute to requirements, training, and user outreach, and maintain TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of TechSIGINT analysis experience in ELINT, FISINT, PROFORMA, or COMEXT.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with software development, systems engineering, and test teams to provide signals analysis and SME input for mission-oriented applications.
• Provide insights in application design, test developed applications and feedback, and work with other SMEs.
• Shall have experience in capturing and refining system requirements to align stakeholder needs with development priorities.
• Lead user/group training and assist in developing training materials.
• Lead outreach activities to grow the product user community.
• Develop and execute requirements, test plans, and training to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Experience with legacy TechSIGINT applications such as MARTES, CATS, DEL, PacketSwing, STK, DVT, TASMANIA, CHAUEE, REDHAWK, MEERKAT, and/or ESP.
