Envision Innovative Solutions, Inc. in Maryland seeks a Senior TechSIGINT Analyst to join our team in Annapolis Junction.

You will work with cross-functional teams to provide signals analysis and SME input as applications are refined for mission success. The role requires 15+ years of TechSIGINT analysis experience across ELINT/FISINT/PROFORMA/COMEXT and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; TS/SCI with Polygraph is mandatory.

Qualifications

15+ years of TechSIGINT analysis experience in ELINT, FISINT, PROFORMA, or COMEXT.
Bachelor's degree requirement; additional four years of experience may substitute for a degree.
Security clearance requirement: TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Responsibilities

Work closely with software development, systems engineering, and test teams to provide signals analysis and SME insights as applications are refined and built to enable mission success.
Provide input on application design, test developed applications, and provide feedback with other SMEs.
Lead outreach activities to grow the product user community and ensure alignment of stakeholder needs with development priorities.
Develop and execute requirements, test plans, and training to ensure high-quality software delivery to the user community.
Shall have experience with legacy TechSIGINT applications such as MARTES, CATS, DEL, PacketSwing, STK, DVT, TASMANIA, CHAUEE, REDHAWK, MEERKAT, and/or ESP.
