Job summary

Momentum Engineering, Inc. seeks a Senior Technical SIGINT Analyst SME to support mission-critical IC operations.

The role requires deep TechSIGINT expertise and compliance with DoD policies across processing, collection, exploitation, retention, and analysis of signals. The successful candidate will collaborate with engineers, analysts, software developers, and government stakeholders to develop, test, train, and operationalize TechSIGINT applications while ensuring alignment with authorities

Qualifications

• Must have active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph.
• Experience with DoDAF, SOA, and system architecture frameworks.
• Experience supporting system requirements development, testing, and user acceptance activities.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage system requirements and derived requirements for production systems.
• Contribute to system engineering documentation (SE Plans, ICDs, Requirements specs).
• Develop and allocate system requirements to hardware, software, and personnel.
• Coordinate cross-discipline action items from reviews and program events.
• Participate in an Integrated Product Team to design new capabilities.
• Allocate real-time process budgets and evaluation criteria for verification.
