Oak Leaf Solutions seeks a senior TechSIGINT professional to assess signal characteristics for compliant processing, collection, and retention. The role spans ELINT, FISINT, PROFORMA, and COMEXT, with emphasis on deep technical analysis and cross-domain integration.

You will train teammates, develop requirements, test plans, and ensure compliant TechSIGINT applications while collaborating with internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope polygraph is required.
• 10+ years in signals analysis or related engineering fields.
• Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, CS, or Physical Science.

Responsibilities

• Levy deep technical understanding of signal characteristics for compliance.
• Define how signal behavior is captured in RF and digital domains.
• Support TecbSIGINT operations across ELINT, FISINT, PROFORMA, or COMEXT.
