Job summary
Snowflake is seeking an experienced technology transactions attorney to join our world-class legal team as Senior Corporate Counsel 2, Strategic Product Partnerships in Menlo Park, CA. You will partner with Business Development, Product, Engineering, and Strategic Partnerships to shape our product and go-to-market strategy.
You will lead complex deals—AI partnerships, SaaS, cloud infrastructure—while building scalable contracting templates and processes.
Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school and active California bar.
- 7+ years of legal experience in tech transactions.
- Experience negotiating AI, cloud, SaaS partnerships.
- Ability to guide senior business stakeholders.
- Strong contract drafting and template development.
Responsibilities
- Structure, negotiate, and close complex tech transactions incl AI and SaaS.
- Partner with BD, Product, Eng, and Strategic Partnerships.
- Develop scalable contracting templates and playbooks.
- Provide practical guidance balancing legal risk and business goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams through high-velocity deals.
