The role requires a JD, bar admission, and at least 5 years of privacy/tech law experience, plus strong negotiation and project management skills. It entails collaboration across business units and occasional Portsmouth office presence.

Qualificações

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Bar admission in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in privacy, technology and data protection law.
• Proven track record in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements with sophisticated entities.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Review, draft, and negotiate license, SaaS, service and resale contracts with sophisticated entities.
• Collaborate with Fraud & Compliance and Digital Banking teams to provide contractual guidance.
• Provide legal advice on privacy, data regulations, compliance, and governance.
• Monitor changes in privacy and data regulations to advise on potential impacts.
