Formación

• 8+ years of relevant complex services experience in a client-facing capacity.
• Experience negotiating with internal counsel and outside law firms.
• Ability to understand current technologies and related legal risks.

Responsabilidades

• Draft and negotiate Technology & Managed Services Agreements.
• Advise on legal risks associated with technology agreements.
• Coordinate legal resources on managed services projects.
