Position Summary

The Senior Technology System Architect is responsible for identifying, defining, facilitating, and supporting IT strategic initiatives, including project management, staff development, application build, and mentoring team members. Responsibilities include:

1. Architecting technology solutions to support strategic initiatives
2. Ensuring initiatives align with organizational goals
3. Aligning resources and obtaining buy-in
4. Identifying necessary resources and requirements
5. Understanding and mitigating project risks
6. Engaging staff and stakeholders for continuous improvement
7. Performing gap assessments and providing recommendations
8. Evaluating patient-facing technologies and providing direction
9. Acting as liaison between departments and vendors
10. Supporting project management functions like planning, resource allocation, and tracking
11. Supporting existing systems and implementing enhancements
12. Staying updated with healthcare technology landscape
13. Incorporating NeighborHealth's vision, values, and goals
14. Encouraging professional growth and mentoring
15. Presenting data and ideas clearly
16. Supporting analyst staff and applications
17. Fostering a diverse and inclusive environment

Qualifications

Education:
