Job Description: Solution Architect

We are seeking a self-motivated individual with a passion for solving challenging and complex problems. As part of our Product and Technology Organization team, the candidate will collaborate with Product Management and Engineering/Development teams to design and deploy application architecture solutions in a highly agile environment.

1. Develop, analyze, and continuously improve solution architecture by working with product management, development, and DevSecOps teams within the product to modernize the Greenway product landscape.
2. Perform current state analysis to establish baseline performance, reliability, security, and scalability of products. Develop target state architectures, perform gap analysis, identify improvement areas, and create roadmaps to address gaps.
3. Lead the design, development, and deployment of product architecture according to the established roadmap.
4. Create service models at conceptual, logical, and physical levels to support key product initiatives.
5. Define service and integration requirements and deploy solutions supporting cloud applications built with Microservices Architecture (MSA).
6. Research and adopt best practices related to Service Management and Tech Debt Management disciplines.
7. Support platform modernization initiatives, transitioning from legacy systems to new solutions, and recommend improvements.
8. Collaborate with stakeholders, providing ongoing feedback on system and data architecture topics.
9. Identify and document relationship patterns across systems, managing large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
10. Demonstrate proficiency in service modeling, lifecycle management, transaction processing, and detailed design.
11. Document existing technology assets and ensure comprehensive architecture and technical design documentation for new development.
12. Accelerate technology adoption through proofs-of-concept to validate architecture designs.
13. Participate in or lead product selection activities at various organizational levels.
