Job summary

Juno Search Partners seeks a Senior Director, Information Technology to shape the enterprise IT strategy and governance. You will oversee cloud modernization, cybersecurity, and MSP relationships while guiding technology decisions across a growth-focused, private-equity-backed enterprise.

Reporting to the CFO, you will partner with executives to align technology investments with acquisition activity and business priorities, driving a future‑state IT organization and roadmap.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience in PE-backed or fast-growth environments.
Proven experience in technology diligence, post-close integration, and governance.
Strong ability to translate technology strategy into business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute enterprise technology strategy and multi-year IT roadmap.
Serve as strategic technology advisor to CFO and executive leadership.
Lead technology integration during acquisitions and post‑close activities.
Own MSP governance, SLAs, KPIs, and vendor performance reviews.
Oversee security, identity, and cloud infrastructure modernization across locations.
