Job summary

FedEx seeks a Technical Principal – Office of the CTO to drive execution of strategic technology priorities across the enterprise. You will translate priorities into technical plans, govern delivery, and mitigate risks with senior leaders across architecture, engineering, and program management.

You will provide independent technical analysis, guidance on modernization, cloud adoption, and scalable solutions, and report progress to the CTO through concise dashboards and executive materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related field.
• Requires five (5) years equivalent work experience in information technology or engineering environment.
• Skilled at leading/assisting in the resolution of complex production problems.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into executable technical plans and milestones.
• Establish and maintain technical governance and program health mechanisms.
• Provide senior-level technical guidance on architecture, engineering, and infrastructure.
• Prepare executive-level scorecards, dashboards, and technical assessments for CTO.
• Assess alignment of initiatives with architectural direction and business outcomes.
