Job summary

FedEx seeks an enterprise-level technologist to lead the technical design of significant projects across Digital Content, Development, Security, and IT Architecture. You will advise teams, mentor juniors, and help resolve complex production issues in a hybrid role based in Collierville, TN.

You will leverage Spring Boot cloud-native development, DevOps pipelines, and monitoring tools to ensure robust, scalable systems and strong delivery across the FedEx IT landscape.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in CS/Engineering/IS with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Alternative: Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in IT/engineering.
• Experience with Spring Boot cloud-native development and related tools.
• DevOps and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
• Production monitoring with Splunk and AppDynamics.
• Azure Spring Cloud and Azure Kubernetes Services experience.
• Ability to lead and resolve complex production problems.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise-level technical design leadership across projects.
