Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in technology program management, IT transformation, or enterprise SaaS/cloud delivery.
• Experience with S/4HANA, SaaS, PaaS, or related enterprise cloud platforms; familiarity with secure delivery models is a plus.
• Experience with AI/ML initiatives in product delivery or internal IT/process modernization preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and coordinate cross-functional teams; structured and proactive.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Share NS2’s technology strategy across S/4HANA Private Cloud, SaaS, PaaS, and internal IT systems.
• Assist with internal IT business enablement, modernization of core platforms, and automation initiatives.
• Coordinate enterprise AI adoption activities to improve productivity and decision support.
• Develop and maintain technology enablement playbooks and roadmaps including cybersecurity, DevSecOps, AI, and cloud delivery best practices.
• Ensure compliance with federal security, accreditation, and mission requirements with security and compliance teams.
• Support multi-product and cross-business strategic initiatives and track budgets and resources.
• Maintain governance frameworks with KPIs and ROI tracking.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align NS2 initiatives with SAP global strategy.
