Job summary

SAP NS2 seeks a Senior Program Manager, Technology Strategy and Enablement, to coordinate NS2’s S/4HANA Private Cloud, SaaS, and PaaS initiatives under a unified operating model. This role will align technology vision, roadmap execution, internal IT enablement, and enterprise AI adoption to meet customer, mission, and U.S.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of technology program management, IT transformation, or enterprise SaaS/cloud delivery experience.
• Experience supporting S/4HANA, SaaS, PaaS, or other enterprise cloud platforms; familiarity with secure or regulated delivery models.
• Exposure to AI/ML initiatives in product/platform delivery or internal IT/process modernization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, IT, Business or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams toward completion.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Support the communication of NS2’s technology strategy across S/4HANA Private Cloud, SaaS, PaaS, and internal IT systems.
• Assist with internal IT enablement, including modernizing platforms and automating processes.
• Help coordinate enterprise AI adoption activities for customer-facing platforms and internal ops.
• Contribute to technology enablement playbooks, roadmaps, and cybersecurity/DevSecOps best practices.
• Track initiatives for compliance with federal security, accreditation, and mission requirements.
