Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in networking, telecommunications, or connectivity solutions.
• Proven experience defining and executing technology strategy.
• Deep expertise in multi-WAN, bonded connectivity, and network infrastructure.
• Experience supporting public sector, SLED, or DoD customers strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to translate technical capabilities into scalable products and revenue-generating solutions.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead testing, validation for connectivity product portfolio.
• Define and build kit BOMs and SOPs for deployable solutions.
• Lead first article development and ensure production readiness.
• Produce solution data sheets, deployment guides, and proposal-ready technical content.
• Translate configurations for public safety audiences.
• Develop internal training and customer guides; establish a cadence for updates.
