Job summary

Gulf Winds in Pensacola, FL is seeking a Senior Technology Specialist to be the primary contact for user technical issues and to minimize downtime. The role supports hardware, software, and applications, following established procedures and ensuring timely responses.

The position emphasizes security, compliance, and mentorship of junior teammates within a collaborative banking environment.

Qualifications

• Five years of similar or related experience.
• Knowledge of Credit Union operations and technology stack.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and speak English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Remediates technical issues submitted to the team and monitors the ticket queue to ensure timely response per SLA.
• Fulfils approved enhancement requests including user moves/adds/changes, PC imaging, hardware deployment, software installation, and remote hands support.
• Writes and develops processes, end-user guides, and documentation to support operational objectives and maintain CMDB inventory.
• Maintains expertise in customer service, applications, and desktop systems support.
• Supports Incident Management and coordinates with internal teams and vendors as needed.
• Trains junior staff and documents workflows, data flows, and break/fix resolutions.
