Eaton is seeking a Senior Technology Resilience Analyst to strengthen enterprise recovery readiness across critical apps, data, and infrastructure. You will partner with technology, product, and cybersecurity teams to validate recovery requirements and drive remediation in a hybrid Beachwood, OH-based role.

Responsibilities include leading Technology Impact Assessments, maintaining BCDR artifacts, and coordinating exercises to ensure services survive disruptions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or pursuing with expected graduation date in 2027.
• Minimum of five years in technology resilience, business continuity, disaster recovery, or related areas.
• Strong understanding of BIA and TIA concepts, RTO/RPO, and recovery sequencing.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship; reside within 50 miles of Beachwood, OH, or other listed locations.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and update technology resilience and BCDR artifacts including BIAs and recovery plans.
• Lead Technology Impact Assessments to identify dependencies supporting essential processes.
• Translate business impact requirements into technology recovery expectations (RTO/RPO).
• Assess recovery capabilities against resiliency standards to identify gaps and risks.
• Plan and execute resilience validation activities such as tabletop exercises and failovers.
• Author and maintain assessment materials, templates, and evidence capture.
• Liaise with owners to validate recovery procedures and dependency mappings.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure resilience requirements are integrated into escalation and recovery.
