Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Disaster Recovery Product Owner for a Hybrid-Remote role based in Beachwood, OH or Pittsburgh, PA. The role oversees DR strategy, backlog, and enterprise maturity across on-prem, hybrid, and cloud environments.

Collaborating with Cyber Security, Architecture, Delivery, and product teams, you will ensure DR capabilities deliver measurable value and align with resilience and regulatory objectives. Strong leadership and governance experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in product ownership/PM in enterprise IT.
• 1+ year supporting disaster recovery/resilience.
• U.S. citizen; eligible to work without sponsorship.
• Understanding of modern product delivery processes.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps and Jira.
• Knowledge of DR concepts, RTO/RPO, multi-cloud.
• Ability to lead across teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise DR product vision across on-prem, hybrid, and multi-cloud.
• Define DR maturity with cyber, architecture, and governance.
• Translate resilience requirements into DR product outcomes.
• Maintain long-term DR roadmap balancing baseline and innovation.
• Develop persona and customer journeys for DR product.
• Support release processes and continuous improvement.
