As the business grows, they seek a senior Technology Recruitment professional to rebuild and expand their Technology practice, operating independently to own complex searches from intake to placement.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-desk searches across senior-level Technology positions, primarily within financial services organizations
• Develop and grow long-term relationships with candidates and clients
• Identify opportunities to deepen existing client relationships and grow accounts
• Own both the client-facing and recruitment delivery components of the desk
• Lead detailed intake, calibration, and search strategy conversations with clients
• Independently manage searches from initial briefing through candidate delivery, interview process, offer, and placement
• Recruit across Technology functions supporting front-office and middle-office environments
• Leverage an established client base and existing pipeline supported by a dedicated sales team
• Support the continued development of the firm’s retained search offering
