Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science, Construction Management or Engineering preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Security or Fire systems.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in estimating and managing Security or Fire projects.
• Demonstrated ability to build and grow client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Deep understanding of Building Security, Fire Alarm and Parking Systems.
• Offer and implement solutions to customers through engineering and field personnel.
• Educate customers on Baker Group capabilities and cross-selling opportunities across business units.
• Procure subcontracts as required for installation; use documented formats for bids.
• Manage projects to ensure financial success.
