Job summary

Baker Group is seeking a seasoned project manager to lead industrial construction initiatives in a client-focused environment. You will oversee scope, budgets, and schedules while coordinating with architectural, engineering, and subcontractor teams to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

Responsibilities include developing cost estimates, managing contracts, and maintaining strong client relationships to grow long-term revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Science/Management or Civil/Industrial Engineering.
• Ten+ years of directly related experience.
• Industrial construction knowledge including PIOs, process piping, and ASME codes.

Responsibilities

• Manage material, workforce, and processes of industrial projects.
• Purchase material, schedule work, estimate change orders, and contract sub-contractors.
• Execute assigned equipment projects and ensure profitability, on-time delivery and quality.
• Develop relationships with existing clients and pursue long-term revenue opportunities.
• Provide conceptual estimates, feasibility studies, and cost estimates.
• Develop and administer project budgets, contracts, and quality controls.
