Job summary

CDW is seeking a Senior Project Manager to independently manage strategic technology projects with high complexity, risk, or visibility. You will own all aspects of delivery from initiation to closure, working closely with sales, consultants, clients, subcontractors, and cross-functional delivery teams.

You will apply CDW-G’s established delivery methodology, manage budgets and schedules, handle risks and changes, ensure quality and client satisfaction, and drive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Six or more years of experience delivering technology through structured Project Management methodologies such as waterfall or agile.
• Three or more years of experience leading significant technology projects involving mainstream, emerging, or customized technology solutions.
• Demonstrated success leading complex projects for enterprise, strategic, or government customers.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills for executive, business, and technical stakeholders.
• Ability to organize and prioritize competing responsibilities in a complex delivery environment.

Responsibilities

• Successfully executes projects using CDW-G’s established delivery methodology, adapting as needed for each engagement.
• Evaluates client project management methodology and incorporates CDW-G standards, controls, templates, and reporting requirements.
• Accountable for project financial performance, budgets, forecasts, margins, and cost control.
• Manages project time, expenses, invoices, and financial records; identifies variances and mitigates risks.
• Develops integrated project schedules with engineering teams, client teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Establishes and maintains project communication plans, status reports, and closure documentation.
