Job summary

You will partner with technical leadership, manage cross‑functional teams, and ensure on‑time delivery and value realization. The role requires 10+ years in program management and strong Agile/Scrum experience with executive stakeholder influence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program management.
• Strong qualitative and quantitative problem-solving skills with ownership.
• Experience leading matrixed teams with executive stakeholders.
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global technology-based project portfolio in support of IT initiatives and ensure collaboration and high impact results.
• Report project progress to executive level and cross-team stakeholders.
• Develop rational conclusions, recommendations and direct implementation strategies.
• Analyze scope and direction of initiatives across management levels and boundaries.
• Influence and manage expectations of clients, teams, management and external groups.
• Establish project metrics and track health using available tools; identify root causes and create action plans.
• Plan strategic and tactical technology and people resource needs for large-scale projects.
