Job summary

Gartner is seeking a Senior Technology Program Manager to lead a global IT project portfolio within Consulting & Insights Technology. You will direct complex programs, ensure benefits realization, and drive end-to-end delivery in an Agile environment across dispersed teams.

You will partner with technical leadership, report to executives, and influence stakeholders while balancing operational and development needs. This hybrid role offers growth and impact across Gartner's technology initiatives.

Qualifications

10+ years of program management experience in IT
Strong qualitative and quantitative problem solving with ownership
Experience leading Agile/SCRUM projects across global teams
Proven leadership and communication with executive stakeholders
Ability to balance business and technology needs across initiatives

Responsibilities

Oversee global IT project portfolio and ensure alignment with Gartner strategy
Report project progress to executives and stakeholders; develop action plans
Ensure Agile/SCRUM practices are followed and coached across teams
Lead change management and maintain project documentation processes
Develop long-term strategic and tactical planning for technology and people resources
Coordinate multiple sub-teams into cohesive project plans
Manage project costs, budgets, risks, and benefits realization
