Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead and manage complex technology initiatives. You will partner with engineering, product, operations, and stakeholders to define scope, milestones, risks, and success criteria, delivering high-value outcomes.

You will develop detailed plans, RAID logs, and status reporting while coordinating resources and removing blockers. The role requires strong Agile knowledge, executive communication, and travel to client sites as

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, CS, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of technical project management or related roles in tech.
• 3+ years managing technology engagements for State Health and Human Services.
• Experience with Child Welfare and Child Support implementations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional execution.
• Strong understanding of project management and Agile methods.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Microsoft ADO; enterprise/cloud environments.
• Experience leading large-scale or complex initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define scope, milestones, risks, and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, RAID logs, and status reports.
• Coordinate resources, facilitate meetings, and resolve blockers to keep projects on track.
• Track progress, manage scope changes, and elevate risks as needed.
• Support process improvement and establish PM best practices and standards.
• Contribute to Business Development efforts.
• Travel to client sites as required.
