Job summary

Guidehouse seeks a senior Program Manager to lead teams delivering program and financial management for IC-focused defense and security contracts. This role requires active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph and extensive federal project leadership.

You will supervise on‑the‑ground teams, drive outcomes, and manage client relationships while mentoring junior staff. A PMP or equivalent certification is required, with a strong track record in government programs.

Qualifications

• ACTIVE TS/SCI clearance with a CI polygraph is required.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 7+ years’ experience as a Program Manager.
• 7+ years’ experience in financial management.
• Experience leading teams in business or finance within the federal government.
• Active PMP or equivalent PM certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams and growth within Guidehouse’s Defense and Security Segment focusing on IC clients.
• Have on-the-ground presence and leadership over teams delivering program management, financial management, and operational effectiveness.
• Be responsible for outcomes and exceptional contract delivery.
• Coordinate with colleagues to positively impact business operations and growth.
• Manage client and team relationships through accountable project and contract management.
• Develop and mentor more junior staff.
