10+ years of experience in technology product ownership or related strategic role.
Strong background in derivatives and risk.
Demonstrated success in identifying and applying emerging technologies to solve complex business problems.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

Define and communicate a clear product vision and long-term strategy for operational advancement and AI integration.
Act as liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams and executives to align goals and investments.
Drive end-to-end product ownership from discovery to delivery with testable stories and acceptance criteria.
Champion shift-left quality and comprehensive testing strategies across lifecycle.
Drive architectural and operational enhancements for resiliency and availability of risk platforms.
Foster adoption of emerging technologies and a test-and-learn culture.
