Luminate Bank is building a technology team to move fast and deliver. We seek a Senior Technology Project Manager who owns technology projects from idea to go-live, translating business needs into requirements and partnering with development teams for proprietary solutions and AI-enabled tools.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will set plans, lead vendors such as Jack Henry and MANTL, manage scope and timelines, and drive cross-functional delivery in a fast-growing financial services

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management in banking or financial services technology
• Hands-on experience with core banking systems (Jack Henry, MANTL)
• Strong business analysis and requirements writing
• Experience with API integrations and vendor management
• Clear written and verbal communication with executives and technical teams
• Experience with Agile delivery tools (Azure DevOps, Jira)

Responsabilités

• Lead bank technology projects end to end from intake to go-live
• Define scope, create plans, assign work, track risks and decisions
• Coordinate vendor implementations and testing with core banking providers
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
• Improve SDLC processes and maintain audit-ready documentation
