The Rec Hub Limited is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support technology hiring for a global fintech/payments client in Chicago. This fixed-term contract for 6 months offers hybrid work with three days in the office.

You’ll own end-to-end recruitment for technology functions, source top talent, and partner with senior stakeholders to deliver high-quality hires at pace, with scope to extend based on performance.

• Able to work independently and manage senior stakeholders.

We’re hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support one of our clients with their technology hiring. You’ll need strong experience hiring technical talent, including Software Engineers, Product and Infrastructure within a global fintech/payments organisation.

You’ll be a true partner to the business, sourcing top talent, optimising processes, and delivering quality hires at pace. Your work will be highly visible as part of our delivery team for this client.
