Bullish, Inc. in New York City is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex programs in the Change & Delivery function. You will drive delivery from inception through execution, align priorities with senior stakeholders, and remove blockers in a fast-paced, regulated digital asset context.

The role emphasizes governance, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on delivery across technology, operations, and product teams. On-site work four days a week is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in program or project management delivering cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience managing large-scale technology and operational integrations.
• Proven hands-on delivery experience and problem solving with limited supervision.
• Strong stakeholder management and clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to provide structure and governance in fast-moving environments.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end program delivery for multi-workstream initiatives.
• Establish governance, reporting, RAID tracking and milestone management.
• Align scope and priorities with senior leadership and drive dependencies.
• Mitigate risks and remove blockers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across engineering, product, legal, and compliance.
• Develop detailed project plans and delivery roadmaps; report status to leaders.
