Job summary

The Judicial Council of California seeks a Senior Technology Analyst for its Managed Services unit. The role focuses on data center operations, cloud hosting, and vendor engagement, with strong expertise in Azure, Microsoft 365, AWS, and VMware.

Responsibilities include architecture, administration of Active Directory, DNS, Exchange, and security practices, plus contributing to the Quarterly Capacity Plan and IT project documentation. Hybrid work is offered with on-site collaboration in CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
• 5 years of experience maintaining complex infrastructure and networks.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and virtualization technologies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for data center operations, engineering, administration, cloud hosting and third‑party vendor support.
• Lead technical consulting for courts on IT initiatives, data center hosting, cloud migration and networking solutions.
• Architect and engineer cloud solutions (Azure, M365, AWS) and manage MS365 licensed products.
• Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange and related enterprise systems.
• Develop and review technical documentation, procedures and quarterly capacity planning (QCP).
• Manage a portfolio of technical consultative services for statewide use.
