Job summary

Neuberger seeks a Senior Technologist to lead full-stack development on a high-performance platform for Funds and Intermediary channels. You will design, build, and support internal apps and external integrations, partnering with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

You will own end-to-end delivery, mentor peers, and drive platform modernization, with strong SQL/data skills and autonomous execution in a complex, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development in finance/asset management.
• Experience with vendor platforms SEI/APL and Fund Admin.
• Strong backend in C#/.NET with production services.
• Advanced SQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT concepts.
• Full-stack web dev with HTML/CSS/JS and REST integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, build, and support scalable internal apps and integrations.
• Gather requirements and produce technical designs/specifications.
• Write clean, tested code; drive code reviews and standards.
• Deliver end-to-end through SDLC with release and post-release validation.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve reliability and performance.
• Mentor junior developers and drive platform modernization.
