Job summary

Neuberger is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead technology transformation across the Private Markets platform, spanning investment lifecycle, client lifecycle, and operational environments. The role reports to Private Markets Technology leadership and collaborates with the COO Office.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years delivering enterprise-scale programs in asset management or financial services, with strong governance, vendor management, and AI delivery experience.

Qualifications

• Delivery of complex, multi-year platform/transformation programs in financial services
• 15+ years leading large-scale technology transformations in asset management or related fields
• Proven ability to lead through influence in a matrixed organization
• Fluency with AI-enabled initiatives alongside traditional tech workstreams
• Strong understanding of financial markets and workflows
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, technology, or related field

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of large, cross-functional technology programs across data platform, operating-model, and applications
• Manage program scope, schedule, budget, dependencies, and risk across multiple streams
• Establish governance structures and cadence for status, decisions, and escalation
• Forecast resourcing needs and manage staffing across employees and contractors
• Define and enforce program management standards, tooling, and reporting
• Manage change control and post-implementation reviews
• Communicate status and trade-offs to Executive Steering committee
• Manage project managers day-to-day
• Build and manage program budgets and vendor SOWs/ commercials
