Job summary

Neuberger Berman is seeking an AVP-level Full Stack Solution Engineer/Developer to own a hybrid platform spanning traditional CMS and a modern decoupled site. You will design, build, and own front-end and back-end services end-to-end, bridging legacy and modern systems while supporting production operations.

The role requires strong React/Next.js/TypeScript and Node.js/GraphQL experience, Sitecore ASP.NET MVC expertise, and hands-on Kubernetes/Docker understanding.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of professional full-stack web development experience.
• Deep front-end and back-end proficiency (React/Next.js/TypeScript, Node.js/GraphQL).
• Sitecore experience including ASP.NET MVC/headful development.
• Experience with GraphQL and designing/building backend services and APIs with Node.js (REST/GraphQL).
• Experience with bot detection and mitigation (CDN/edge).
• Familiarity with SQL/relational databases and Docker-based environments.
• Knowledge of website integrations and multi-region management.
• Experience defining non-functional requirements and monitoring with Splunk/Datadog.
• Comfort with AI-assisted tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code).
• Experience using Git and Azure DevOps in Agile teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain responsive front-end components using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and SCSS.
• Independently configure and author Sitecore items and content structures.
• Design and build backend services and APIs using Node.js (REST and GraphQL), including authentication/authorization logic and BFF layers.
• Work within Docker-based local development environments and with SQL/relational databases.
• Manage and troubleshoot website integrations, bot detection at the CDN/edge layer, and multi-region site operations.
• Define non-functional requirements and monitor production health with Splunk, Datadog, and other APM tools.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery; participate in Agile ceremonies via Azure DevOps.
