Job summary

Neuberger is seeking a talented Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our technology team, shaping digital experiences for institutional and private markets clients. You will work across the full stack with emphasis on polished front-ends, scalable architecture, and data-rich interfaces.

You will partner with UX designers, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate financial data into intuitive interfaces, while contributing to data pipelines, observability, and cloud-native practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience developing enterprise applications with strong front-end focus.
• Experience shipping externally accessible web apps with focus on UX, performance and reliability.
• Strong React and TypeScript skills with modern UI libraries and web performance practices.
• Experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB or CosmosDB; ETL pipelines.
• Docker/containerization and CI/CD experience; cloud-native apps and secure handling of data.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver architecture-aligned solutions reflecting Neuberger's brand.
• Build scalable front-end apps with robust data-fetching and caching.
• Collaborate with UX, product, and business stakeholders to translate feedback into features.
• Access financial data through streamlined methods for Performance, AUM, Valuation, etc.
• Develop and maintain ETL pipelines for reliable data movement.
• Drive cloud-native architecture decisions with containers and serverless.
• Instrument apps with OpenTelemetry for performance and uptime.
• Contribute to mobile app efforts as needed.
• Explore automation using Python, .NET, NodeJS, and other tools.
• Mentor developers and perform code reviews; collaborate with DevOps and data teams.
