Job summary

Resilience Corp. is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Technician III (Mechanic - Visual Inspection) in Blue Ash, OH. The role focuses on setup, changeover, repairs, and preventative maintenance for production equipment with a special emphasis on visual inspection systems.

You will troubleshoot mechanical and electronic issues and mentor Visual Inspection Technicians as needed. The position currently runs on a M-F 8-hour dayshift, with a future transition to a 2-2-3 shift pattern, and requires

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated production environment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electronic systems.
• Ability to train and mentor junior technicians.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and perform maintenance on visual inspection equipment.
• Provide technical support to production technicians.
• Perform preventative maintenance and start-up activities.
• Record batch data and CMMS entries.
• Adhere to SOPs and cGMP compliance.
• Train and mentor junior technicians.
