Job summary

Illuminate USA in Pataskala, Ohio, is seeking a Senior Equipment Maintenance Technician for Shift A to ensure safe, efficient operation of production and facility equipment. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
• Experience with preventive/predictive maintenance in high-volume manufacturing.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting capabilities.
• Familiarity with PLCs, automation, and industrial controls.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance tasks to maximize uptime.
• Support installation, commissioning, and upgrades of new or modified equipment.
• Serve as escalation point for complex equipment failures and mentor junior technicians.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records in the CMMS/EAM system.
