Job summary

MSD Rahway seeks a Senior Technician for Operations in the FLEx Center to support sterile formulation, aseptic processing, and GMP clinical supply within a Grade C environment. You will work hands-on in processing, equipment assembly, and visual inspection while maintaining strict GMP documentation and cross-functional collaboration.

The role emphasizes adherence to GMP procedures, precise recordkeeping, and participation in continuous improvement with formulators, engineers, and Quality teams.

Qualifications

• GMP experience and ability to document thoroughly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and interface software (HMI, PAS‑X, SAP).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move in a cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble sterile equipment following drawings and procedures.
• Operate cleaning/sterilization equipment and manage supplies.
• Prepare and formulate sterile products inside Grade A/B isolators.
• Perform visual inspections of products and components for defects.
• Maintain accurate documentation of processes, materials, and conditions.
• Collaborate with formulators, engineers, Quality, Safety and Facilities.
