Job summary

RiseMe in Rahway, NJ is seeking a Sr. Technician, Operations to support sterile pharmaceutical development and GMP clinical supply. You will handle assembly, sterilization, sterile formulation, and visual inspection in Grade C environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes GMP adherence, precise documentation, and training of new staff, with potential to cross-train in filling and other processes.

Qualifications

• GMP manufacturing experience required in pharma or related fields.
• Excellent documentation and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with electronic systems (PAS-X, SAP, MS Office).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a Grade C cleanroom.

Responsibilities

• Assemble sterile equipment following drawings.
• Operate cleaning and sterilization equipment.
• Manage sterile supplies and inventory.
• Formulate sterile products in Grade A isolator or open aseptic processes.
• Perform visual inspections and maintain accurate process records.
• Support training of new staff and drive continuous improvement.
