Qualifications

• Master Technician or Lead Technician with proven leadership.
• Dealership or professional automotive service experience preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to coach and develop technicians.
• Commitment to quality and workflow efficiency.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shop workflow and dispatching to maximize productivity.
• Support technicians with advanced diagnostics and complex repairs.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns.
• Ensure repairs meet manufacturer standards and quality controls.
• Mentor and develop technicians to improve skills.
• Maintain a safe, productive work environment.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors for timely completion.
• Lead by example to foster quality and accountability.
