Vaden Automotive is seeking an experienced Shop Foreman to lead our high-volume service department, coordinating technicians and workflow to maximize efficiency and quality. This role is ideal for a Master Technician ready to step into leadership and drive measurable improvements in repairs and customer satisfaction.

You'll mentor technicians, handle complex diagnostics, and partner with Service Advisors to ensure timely and accurate repairs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Master Technician, Lead Technician, or Shop Foreman.
• Previous Dealership Or Professional Automotive Service Experience Strongly Preferred
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose and repair complex vehicle concerns
• Leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop a team
• Strong understanding of shop workflow, productivity, and repair quality
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Professional attitude with a results-driven mindset
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• OEM certifications and/or ASE certifications are a plus
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet dealership employment requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 3 years of automotive service experience

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily shop workflow and assist with dispatching to maximize productivity and efficiency
• Support technicians with advanced diagnostics and complex repair guidance
• Assist with troubleshooting difficult mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
• Ensure repairs are completed accurately, efficiently, and according to manufacturer standards
• Perform quality control checks on completed work
• Work closely with Service Advisors to ensure clear communication and timely completion of repairs
• Mentor, coach, and develop technicians to improve skill levels and overall shop performance
• Help identify training opportunities and areas for technician development
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment
• Lead by example and help establish a culture of quality, accountability, and teamwork
