Job summary

LVI Associates is seeking an experienced Senior BAS Service Technician to support a growing portfolio of commercial and mission-critical facilities. This field-based role focuses on troubleshooting, servicing, commissioning, and optimizing Building Automation Systems across complex environments.

You will diagnose BAS/HVAC issues, perform upgrades and maintenance, commission controllers, and mentor junior technicians while delivering thorough service reports and clear customer communications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Building Automation / HVAC Controls experience.
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting and service background.
• Experience with Schneider Electric EcoStruxure Building Operation (EBO) or related platforms.
• Ability to read and interpret control drawings, sequences of operation, and network architectures.
• Experience working with BACnet, Modbus, and IP-based building systems.
• Knowledge of HVAC equipment including AHUs, VAVs, chillers, boilers, and central plant systems.

Responsibilities

This is a field-based role focused on troubleshooting, servicing, commissioning, and optimizing Building Automation Systems across a range of complex environments.

What You'll Be Doing

What We're Looking For

• Strong customer-facing communication skills.

Preferred Experience

• Niagara / Tridium integration experience.


• Mission-critical, healthcare, higher education, or large commercial project experience.


• Programming and commissioning experience.


• Electrical and controls troubleshooting background.
