Job summary

KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing seeks a Senior Building Automation Controls Engineer for the Boston Metro Area. The role focuses on developing and programming DDC systems, reviewing Sequences of Operation, and leading start-up, testing, and commissioning efforts.

You will mentor junior staff, oversee installations, and support project meetings while applying Schneider EcoStruxure, BACnet, and Niagara/Tridium experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial Building Automation / HVAC Controls experience.
• Strong programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting skills.
• Solid understanding of HVAC systems, electronics, and networked controls.
• Knowledge of construction practices and industry standards.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with project teams.
• Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities
