Job summary

J&T Business Consulting in Elkridge, MD is seeking a Technical Writer – Level 3 with TS/SCI clearance and Full Scope Polygraph. You will prepare and maintain critical program documentation, including PMP, PAS, OCS/SOC, FRD, TEMP, SEP, PPP, CSS, and LCSP using approved templates.

The role requires eight years of relevant experience, a technical bachelor’s degree, and an active TS/SCI with polygraph. Master’s or additional experience can substitute for degree requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years as Technical Writer on programs of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related discipline from an accredited college or university.
• A Master’s degree may substitute for two years of experience.
• Four years of additional Technical Writer experience may substitute for a Bachelor’s degree.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with a current polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, revise, and maintain programmatic documentation using approved templates.
• Prepare PMP, PAS, OCS/SOC, FRD, TEMP, SEP, PPP, CSS, LCSP and related artifacts.
• Write and edit programmatic documents for government programs.
