Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in technical communication.
- 10–15 years of relevant technical writing experience for complex software.
- Proven ability to create user guides, release notes, and comprehensive documentation.
Responsibilities
- Lead development, editing, and maintenance of product user guides, release notes, and end-user docs across Clario's software portfolio.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and SMEs to translate complex product functionality into clear content.
- Establish and maintain documentation standards and publishing processes across multiple products.
